Otter Homecare was founded by Jamie Rowland-Jones after caring for his own father at home following a stroke. It is a small, deliberately hands-on team focused on warm, dignified, person-centred care, and families can follow every visit through the Otter care app. Our "Dad test" promise: we only deliver care we would be happy for our own parents to receive.
