Care for a Kinder Future

Welcome to compassionate care and support across Wiltshire and Somerset

Otter Homecare otter logo outline

At Otter Homecare, we support families across Wiltshire and Somerset with care that’s personal, flexible and full of kindness. From specialist dementia support and live-in care, to everyday help with meals, medication, getting out to appointments, or simply sharing a cup of tea and a chat — our Care Professionals are there to make life at home easier and brighter.

Otter was born from the experience of suddenly becoming my father’s main carer after he suffered a stroke. That life-changing moment, combined with 20 years living and working in Asia — where I saw the deep respect shown to older generations — inspired me to create a more empathetic, personalised approach to care here in Wiltshire and Somerset.
