Available Funding Support

We understand that care funding can be complex. Here’s a simple breakdown of the main options:

  1. Local Authority Support
If your needs are high and financial resources limited, your council may fund some or all of your care following an assessment.

  2. Self-Funded Care
If your total savings and assets exceed £23,250, you are likely responsible for the cost of your care. We work with you to find a package that suits your needs and your budget.

  3. Shared Funding
If your savings are below £23,250, the local authority may contribute towards your care. This is often a blended solution based on a financial assessment.

  4. NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC)
For those with complex medical needs, the NHS may provide funding through a CHC package following a clinical assessment.
