We’re thrilled to share that Otter Homecare has achieved a 0 Risk Rating in our recent Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) inspection conducted by Wiltshire Council – the best possible score!
The inspection evaluated Otter Homecare across essential areas that reflect the quality of our care services:
